 Developed after traditional pipe supports caused a mechanical insulation system failure, TumTUFF® is perfect for anyone who installs, designs, or maintains large-diameter chilled water piping systems. It provides high-performing, long-lasting pipe support, while preventing condensation, pipe stress issues, and mechanical insulation system failure

 It is made from a fiberglass epoxy resin.  

The supports are engineered for large-bore, chilled water piping, typically ranging from 8 inches to 48 inches in diameter. It is ideal for commercial HVAC systems, hospitals, data centers, universities, and industrial facilities.

The supports are designed with high compressive strength (65,000 psi) to safely carry the combined weight of the pipe, insulation, and water without system failure under sustained loads.
