Pipe Corrosion Protective Coatings (RG2400LT)

RG-2400 LT is a surface conversion compound utilizing mineralization technology, or the “science of Minetics”; this compound replaces the corrosion process with a mineral formation on and into the metal creating a mineral barrier 50-200 angstroms deep into the metal surface.

Pipe Corrosion Protective Coatings (RG2400NP)

RG-2400 NP is an anti-corrosion gel utilizing Polyguard’s mineralization technology, (the “science of Minetics”); this gel replaces the corrosion process with a mineral formation on and into the metal surface creating a mineral barrier 50-200 angstroms thick. A pH in the alkaline range passivates water vapor, and the hydrophobic nature of the gel repels water.

Zero-perm (Vapor Barriers)

Zero-Perm® is a 3-ply composite membrane consisting of a white 0.5 mil polyester film, 1.0 mil aluminum foil, and one 0.5 mil clear polyester film. The foil provides the zero permeance in the composite while the polyester layers protect the foil and provide the white finish, toughness and tear resistance. ZeroPerm is reversible, the white polyester side of can be left exposed when no protective jacket is required.

Insulrap 30 - SJ NG (Vapor Barriers)

Insulrap 30-SJ-NG is a composite membrane consisting of a tough polymer/foil laminate film coated with a layer of rubberized-asphalt specially formulated for this application. Fiberglass scrim is embedded in the laminate using a process that minimizes the scrim profile allowing for a smooth surface that enhances adhesion at the laps.

Saranex 540/560(Vapor Barriers)

SARANEX® 540/560 CX Vapor Retarder Film is composed of a film of the barrier polymer polyvinylidene chloride (PVDC) coextruded with other specialty polymers that provide strength and support. It is designed specifically to help prevent water absorption and strongly resist moisture vapor drive into the insulation. 540 having a permeance rating of 0.02 perms meets or exceeds standard industry requirements for vapor retarders in cold service. 560 having A permeance rating of 0.01 perms meets or exceeds the strictest industry requirements for vapor retarders in cold service.

Fiberglass Insulation (MicroLok HP Ultra)

Micro-Lok® HP Ultra fiberglass pipe insulation is a high-performance pipe insulation with a polypropylene-coated factory-applied vapor-barrier jacket. Micro-Lok HP Ultra is made from rotary glass fibers bonded with a thermosetting resin and produced in 36″ (0.92 m) lengths and is used to insulate standard iron pipe, plastic pipe and copper tubing.

Micro-Lite FSK Duct-Wrap

Microlite® FSK Formaldehyde-freeTM duct wrap insulation is a lightweight, highly resilient, blanket-type thermal insulation. The insulation blanket is manufactured from rotary-process fiberglass bonded with a formaldehyde-free resin.

Mineral Wool Insulation (ProRox PS 960)

ProRox PS 960 is a mandrel wound pipe section. The insulation sections are made out of stone wool and are produced with an innovative water repellent binder called WR-Tech™ to mitigate the risk of corrosion under insulation. The highly durable insulation sections are supplied split and hinged for easy snap-on assembly and are especially suitable for thermal and acoustic insulation of industrial pipe work.

PVC jacketing & fittings (Zeston 300 series)

Zeston® 300 Series PVC fitting covers are made from a thick gauge material that provides superior impact resistance and increased durability for high abuse areas in industrial and commercial applications. Zeston 300 Series PVC fitting covers are manufactured from a glossy, high-impact, UV-resistant material.
