We machine-fabricate the fittings that match your straight runs: 90s, 45s, and Ts. We can machine these up to about 105 OD. Anything larger than that we build as a mitered, glued fitting so it still seals tight around the line.
Heads for Tanks and Vessels
We fabricate the different head types for tanks and vessels, including the cold systems holding ammonia or glycol. These are the unique, one-off jobs that off-the-shelf material can’t cover.
Valve Covers
We also make valve covers. For those, we’ll need the manufacturer’s part, the part number, and the insulation thickness so the cover fits the valve exactly. Send us those details, and we’ll build it to match.
Materials We Work With
We don’t push one product. We match the material to your service, temperature, and environment, hot or cold:
- Closed-cell for cold and cryogenic. Foam glass, polyiso, polystyrene, and rubber resist water and condensation, and they meet the no-fiber rule many food plants require.
- Open-cell for hot service. Fiberglass and mineral wool for heated lines and high-temp equipment.
- High-load pipe supports. Density-matched polyiso, calcium silicate, and foam glass so supports carry the weight without crushing.

Finishing and Moisture Protection
Insulation only performs if water stays out of it, so the finish is half the job. We close out every system with the right vapor barrier and jacket for the service, from ASJ and zero-perm facings to aluminum and stainless steel jacketing and PVC fitting covers. How We Turn a Spec Into Finished Parts

Pipe and equipment dimensions, insulation thickness, and service temperatures. Most systems run polyiso, which we supply 25/50 fire-rated for indoor work or standard for outdoor runs.
2. We confirm the conditions.
Before anything gets cut, we check the details that change the build: heat tracing, fittings above 105 OD that need a mitered approach, valve part numbers, and any closed-cell requirement for food or refrigeration.
3. We fabricate and finish.
Cut to your exact curvature and closed out with the vapor barrier and jacket the service needs. Water intrusion is the number one reason systems fail, so the moisture barrier gets done right.
